For Prom's Sake

Just got off the phone as well as a Skype session with the best friends about this. It's crazy how much effort everyone is putting in for a silly prom which would only last for a couple of hours. Well, maybe just the girls cause the guys are sure pretty darn chill about it.

But seriously though, I went to Subang Parade, Empire, Sunway Pyramid, Bangsar Village, Sungei Wang, Times Square and finally Mid Valley to find my dress. I didn't even find any until yesterday when I was oh-so-very-desperate for one, I managed to find THE one. To be honest, I don't think I can consider mine a prom dress. It's urmm- not some bright neon colour. It's urmm- not very crazy with tiers or look anything like a tutu. Instead, I went for the .......

( I'm gonna keep it for the next post )

It's crazy how the celebrities have to do this every other day but then again, they don't have to go look for the dresses but the dresses come looking for them. Hair and make up will be done in the comfort of your own house. Most of all, they have a stylist to decide everything for them. Oh, the joy of being rich and famous.

Maybe 10 years from now I'll have the luxury of hiring people to look for dresses for me. That would be the dream. But for now,

Prom it's on Friday, Friday, Gonna get down on Friday.

Will update about prom during the weekend. Before going off to a trip with my fellow classmates to Pangkor Island.

Aly.
