Post Birthday Note

Hello everyone, my name is Aly and I'm officially 18!

Birthday celebration was great. With AS Finals two weeks from now and SAT next weekend, I had as much fun as I could. Even though it was not some extravagant party, I had fun with my phone going off every other minute and the surprise cake my mum made.

My mother certainly is the coolest mum ever. She couldn't bake to save her life so instead she made it. Bought the banana cake, slice it up and put sliced bananas. Ice cream all over it with some cornflakes. It was heaven alright!

Sister was busy taking video, so I took a picture of the cake after I blew the candles out.

Went to college the next day and got another birthday song right when I stepped in the class. It was a quick surprise party thing with the lights off. Very cute though, I like!

Definitely very nice to be able to talk to those who called with my phone going off every other minute. I commented back one third of the birthday wishes I got on facebook, I thought a "thank you" shout out will do but my sister said it was mean. So I thought she was right and started thanking everyone back personally. Will continue that tomorrow. Got a lot more wishes than last year, which put a huge smile on my face.

Right now, I've go back to reality of being a college student juggling with A Levels and SAT.
