Kaur's Big Day

Hello there, since everyone did a post about the very sudden surprise party . I thought I should do the same . So the pictures here are mostly taken by LYK and Kinoc . I pretty much stole them from their blog and include some that I took . So, you're gonna have a more complete account of the event . Well, not really it's only from my point of view .

We pretty much axed out the initial plan the day before and plan the whole surprise party . The phone call with Kareshma to distract her while Joycelyn call her mum was just epic . I was laughing half of the time and when I couldn't stand it, gave the phone over to Jon who basically confound Kareshma even more or should I use perplex and bewilder .

I'm just trying to fit in those words I've been reading for SAT . So excuse me .

Anyways, the day for me at least started off pretty late . Woke up close to noon, which has been occurring very often lately and went to the city with the family . Spent the afternoon shopping at Pavillion . It was certainly productive, came back a lot poorer but with a smile on the face . We got lost on the way back because the road was blocked . So it was really bad, caught in traffic/lost/latetomeetupwithJoyandNat . Crazy !

Went I finally reached back my area, called up Joy and met up with them at KFC . Got the crazy packets of chickens and drove to Kareshma's place . The guys were already there for I don't know how long . Four familiar looking cars parked a few blocks away from her house . I was doubting if the plan would even work but there wasn't much we could do .

With the best friend outside Kareshma's place . No clue what we were doing, but I certainly miss hanging out with her .

Natalie, eyes closed . I just look plain retarded . Joy, eyes closed . We're awesome like that .

Anyways, we got stuffed into this little room . We were still trying to figure out how to pull it off . All I can say is, it wasn't very well organized . What to do, when we pretty much confirm it the night before and the lack of communication .

The birthday cake; Happy Birthday KareshNadal . Just because that person is very much in love with the tennis player .

Not long after that picture, the cake was ruined . I wasn't exactly there when it happened but at the very end, all I saw was three candles still standing and the rest are just all over with the lights out . Gotta ask the guys and Laviniya about that .

But the surprise went pretty well . Kareshma and her birthday cake !

Here is where I'll wanna do a little introduction about this prudently and ravishingly person . I made friends with Kareshma when I was eleven . Not going to lie and say we're the best of friends but we were pretty close up till secondary school . I guess it wasn't until upper secondary I got closer to her and here we are in college . She has been nothing but a good friend especially one that will actually lend a helping hand .

It was movie after dinner . It definitely took us such a long time to even decide what movie to watch . The guys wanted horror which the girls were 100% against it . At least I know I was 150% against it but they won . So we ended up watching, Flying of the Living Dead .

Horror !

It started out pretty bad . I even escaped to the second living room for a while but after we got used to all the bloody and fail zombie scene . It was actually hilarious . The guys kept complaining about how this is NOT a horror movie .

Like a true Malaysian, we ended the night after a session at the mamak store .

It wasn't anything fancy but it is always good to meet up with the friends you pretty much spent your whole childhood/teenhood with . (I totally just made up the word, teenhood)

Managed to reach back home before 12 which is always good . I tried once going out way beyond twelve without my phone with me, it was hell after that .

Once again, Happy Birthday to my dear friend . Celebrated my sister's birthday the other day as well which would be up soon . Before signing off .

Shout out to Joy and Nat . It has been such a long time since we talk properly . I certainly miss all the session we had talking in school about absolutely nothing, or something .
